Family/Couple Therapy

It is common for presenting concerns/symptoms in one or more family members to stem from underlying family systems dynamics. Addressing these patterns and dynamics can improve the well-being of individuals and the system as a whole. Transitions (anticipated or unanticipated) within a family can significantly impact one or more members, and support navigating these changes is important. In other cases, challenges experienced by one family member can have an impact on the whole family. Family therapy offers an opportunity to improve relationships and communication, and create a supportive and cohesive family system. Dr. Aberle works with entire families, or sub-systems within families, and this includes couple therapy.
