Dr. Aberle has provided clinical services to children, adolescents and adults for nearly 20 years. Her training and practice include psychodynamic, play-based, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. Dr. Aberle favors a relational approach to treatment and views the therapeutic relationship as key to effective treatment. She seeks to create a therapeutic environment that is empathic, collaborative, and facilitates desired change.
